CITYOGA invites you to explore the depth of yoga! More than exercise, yoga is the ancient science of self-development that teaches people the fine art of balancing our multi-dimensional lives while living in a complex world. Yoga practices refine our natural abilities, unleash blocked energy and bring clarity and calmness to our hearts and minds. If you are interested in the journey of yoga even beyond the body and into the heart and mind, CITYOGA is definitely the place for you!

Practice, Chant, Love!!
The word, "Sadhana" means a daily spiritual practice. When a group meditates together, the total effect of our Sadhana is multiplied by the number of people participating!
We begin with Japji, (a meditative prayer), then practice a Kundalini Yoga set. We end by chanting/singing 62 minutes of the Aquarian Sadhana mantras (meditations).
Kundalini yogis generally practice early each morning, but we will enjoy this Sadhana in the evening–and Yogi Tea will be served afterwards.
Bring your mat and a meditation pillow, or cushion. A few chairs are available. Beginners welcome!
Although Sadhana is free, love donations are encouraged, and will be split between the Kundalini Research Institute and Bethlehem House. |

Based on Geneen Roth's: "Women, Food and God"
Yoga for Transformation is designed specifically not to provide solutions but to empower us to ask better questions. Through the ancient art and science of yoga, this workshop will begin to enhance and equip us in our journey through life.
Using the book “Women food and God: An Uexpected Path To Almost Everything” by Geneen Roth as a catalyst to moves us in our journey, we will link body and breath in precious movement.
Rev. Pamela Thomas is a graduate of CITYOGA's national celebrated yoga teacher training program. Her passion is courageous inquiry into how healing and transformation can occur in the body, mind and soul. As an ordained minister with the Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Rev. Pamela offers yoga as one of the many threads to weave balance into our hectic lives and from that balance, creating space for healing and transformation to happen.
