Hot Yoga - This class incorporates a series of postures in an exceptionally warm studio environment for an invigorating and rejuvenating practice. This flowing sequence of asana is specifically designed to work your body methodically as a means to give attention to each of the internal systems and restore core balance. The intense heat allows students to assume postures more effectively, reduce risk of injury or strain and produces sweat –an important vehicle for toxin release.
